Been snowing on and off lately where I live. Unlike many, snow doesn’t remind me of the corporate holiday season, but the importance of winter and the destruction of life. Especially this year after a massive wildfire. Know the relation of all life and respect the flesh of all things.
The day we left the tree was the day we entered a self-aware vortex of impending momentum.
One of the few photos of someone’s home ruins I’ve taken after the fire. I’ve contemplated whether I want to share this or not, knowing how conflicting it is, and I’m honestly more interested in the forest. Yet as hard as it may be to see at times, there is beauty in the decay of human constructs.
